Here is some important information before you purchase tickets or register for one of our events:

  1. LIMITED TICKETS: To keep our events fun for all, we limit the number of tickets.
  2. NO REFUNDS: We plan food and other things based on ticket sales, so tickets are non-refundable. If you are unavailable to use your tickets, feel free to give or sell them to friends and family.
  3. CONFIRMATION: Upon completion of your order, a confirmation will be sent via email to you immediately following your order.  If you do not receive it, you may need to check your spam box.
  4. STARTING WINERY: You need to select a starting winery where you will pick up your ticket and wine glass. There are a limited number of people who can start at any
  5. winery BUT regardless of where you start, you may still visit your favorite wineries on your tour. It’s your tour at your pace!
  6. TICKET PICK-UP: We suggest that you print the info from your email receipt to serve as a reminder to you. You may be required to show identification at the winery when picking up your tickets. Tickets may be picked up Saturday anytime after 11 am at your starting location. We do not mail out tickets.
  7. LARGE GROUPS: Please contact us if you are traveling in groups of 12 or more. We need to plan ahead to accommodate your group for your comfort and the comfort of others on the trail. Most of our tasting rooms are too small to handle large bus groups, so we ask that you communicate accordingly to your guests to have some understanding and patience. For our event weekends, groups may not be larger than 24. Please do not rent large tour buses for these weekends. You will need to split your group to be accommodated appropriately.
  8. DESIGNATED DRIVERS: Designated Driver tickets are available at a discounted price and include food items. If you elect to not purchase a ticket for your designated driver, please bring snacks as the food we serve is for ticket holders.
  9. EVENT TIMES: Including your starting winery, it is recommended that you visit no more than 16 of the participating wineries (up to 8 per day) in any order at any time between the hours of 11am to 5pm Saturday, or noon to 5 pm Sunday.
If a winery is marked as SOLD OUT you may still visit it during your self-guided tour. You are only determining where you start your tour in order to pick up your ticket, tasting glass, etc.
