Who We Are and What We Do
MyNorthTickets is a safe, secure resource for event ticket buyers and professional ticket vendors. MyNorthTickets provides consumers access to event tickets listed by pre‑qualified, legitimate, vendors. The tickets offered through MyNorthTickets are owned, listed for sale and fulfilled by the ticket vendors, not by MyNorthTickets. MyNorthTickets does not hold any ticket inventory, but acts as a safe, secure ticket marketplace for buyers and sellers.
MyNorthTickets guarantees that the tickets you purchase through MyNorthTickets will be 100% authentic and timely delivered.
MyNorthTickets plays no role in refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All requests such as these are the responsibility of the Vendor and should be directed to that Vendor.
Prices and Seating
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) are guaranteed only after (i) your credit card has been charged and (iii) your purchase is completed (“Order Confirmation”). Please check your tickets carefully upon arrival, and contact our Customer Care department 48 hours prior to the event if you have not received your tickets or if you have questions regarding the tickets you received. If you have not received a confirmation from MyNorthTickets that your ticket request has been finalized, you should not assume that your ticket request will be fulfilled.
Order Confirmation Process
Once MyNorthTickets you have purchased your requested tickets and your credit card is charged, you should receive an email communication from MyNorthTickets confirming your request has been finalized, along with a copy of your invoice. In the event the physical tickets or bar code electronic ticket is not yet available, the Confirmation will acts as the ticket until the ticket is delivered. If you have not heard from MyNorthTickets, please call our office to check on your order. Orders may not be cancelled due to problems with receipt of emails. NEVER make assumptions regarding the status of an order due to the lack of communications from MyNorthTickets.
Credit Card Payments
Purchases by credit card do not grant any variances from our Terms and Conditions. You are still responsible for complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any attempts to defraud MyNorthTickets may result in legal and criminal action brought against you. The credit card will be charged in accordance with the Order Confirmation section.
Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets, or in any correspondence from MyNorthTickets, are always subject to change. It is your responsibility to check for any possible changes in date and time. You may check with the vendor of your event or call customer relations at 800-836-0717 to ensure that you arrive at the event on the correct date and at the correct time. MyNorthTickets is not responsible for changes in date or time of the event.
The service charge helps MyNorthTickets recover some of the costs associated with processing payments, securing and shipping tickets, and other necessary costs to ensure all tickets are authentic.
You may request that tickets be shipped to you. All tickets shipped will be done so via regular first class mail. It is your responsibility to contact MyNorthTickets at 800-836-0717 to request express delivery if you deem that necessary. If you request MyNorthTickets use express delivery services it is your responsibility to track your package. You agree to provide MyNorthTickets with a secure delivery location. If you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you hereby specifically agree to be responsible for that delivery and the tickets once delivered to the address you specify. You agree not to dispute such charges. Your expected ticket arrival date is based on the actual date MyNorthTickets ships the order.
Please note that refusal of the package does not constitute refusal of payment. You hereby agree that you are responsible for all ordered tickets where an attempt has been made to deliver them or make them available to you. You hereby agree you are responsible for all ordered tickets even if you attempt to return them.
Ticket Returns and Consignment for Resale
If for any reason your tickets are returned to us, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, there will still be no refund for the event from MyNorthTickets.
All deposits are non-refundable. If MyNorthTickets has provided you with a Confirmation, we have already committed to acquiring and securing those tickets for you.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight and heat can damage some tickets.
MyNorthTickets plays no role in the refund policies of our vendors. If an event is cancelled, you must pursue your request for a refund directly with the vendor of the event. We will refund your credit card only if we are instructed to do so by the vendor.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you must address your questions to the vendor for the event. We will create an alternate ticket to a new event only if we are instructed by the vendor to do so.
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and shipping method.
In the event that any statement in any translated version of this website conflicts with the English version, the statement in the English version shall prevail.
MyNorthTickets owns and retains proprietary rights in this website. This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of MyNorthTickets. No copying is permitted without written permission.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
MyNorthTickets is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances. In addition, MyNorthTickets is not responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions by MyNorthTickets that do result in you missing your event will be rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of your total purchase price. MyNorthTickets is not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor is MyNorthTickets responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions.
The tickets that you purchase from MyNorthTickets are valid. If someone is sitting in your assigned seat, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or to ask an usher to assist you. You acknowledge and concede that all transactions take place in Grand Traverse County in the state of Michigan. In the event that MyNorthTickets is required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, you agree that MyNorthTickets is entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the customer, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and administrative costs, within the jurisdiction of Grand Traverse County in the state of Michigan.
